Carr Golf forms partnership with UK Golf Federation
Carr Golf manages maintenance operations at 23 clubs and multi-course locations, with the Dublin-based company also overseeing 340 industry professionals and a 500-strong machine fleet. Now UKGF members can leverage Carr Golf’s 15-year track record of creating tournament-ready course standards through customised maintenance and agronomic planning. 

Carr Golf empowers their clients’ maintenance teams to further enhance course performance and presentation with their proven data-driven approach and performance benchmarking. Their key performance measures range from green speed to machine hours to workload models and cut heights. But the ultimate goal for Carr Golf is always the same – elevate player experiences, increase member satisfaction, and support long-term stability. Clients typically see a 30-40% increase in course performance scores after one year. Their overall course conditions – on average – improve by 79% after two years. 88% of surveyed client members were ‘very satisfied’ with course conditions. Clients have reported up to 52% revenue growth after four years. 

Carr Golf is set to showcase its eco-friendly turf care practices at the GolfBIC Sustainability Roadshows hosted by the UK Golf Federation. Managing Director Ed Pettit will debut this initiative to golf course owners, operators and managers at West London’s Hounslow Golf Park on April 23. Pettit said: "We work alongside course managers and greenkeepers to develop and execute detailed agronomic plans with sustainability at the heart. Delegates at the roadshows will learn how we monitor and evolve these plans amid changing regulatory landscapes and customer expectations.”
