WEDNESDAY 8TH OCTOBER 2025
"The
staging of a new Golf Business Expo B2B golf management conference & exhibition
proves a huge success for the golf industry”.
More than 425 Golf Club Managers, Heads of Golf, and
Directors of Golf gathered at Whittlebury Park Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort on
Wednesday 8th October for the launch of Golf Business Expo — the UK’s new B2B
trade show dedicated to Golf Operations and Facilities Management.
Conveniently located in Northamptonshire, near the heart of
the UK, Whittlebury Park Golf Resort provided excellent transport links and a
beautiful setting for what proved to be a high-impact, one-day industry event.
As the UK’s only dedicated B2B golf trade show, Golf
Business Expo showcased around 52 exhibitors featuring a wide range of
products, services, and innovations designed to support the day-to-day running
of golf clubs and facilities. Exhibitors included providers of booking systems,
POS technology, signage, course machinery, hospitality solutions, range
software, waste management services, furniture, insurance, sustainability
solutions, clubhouse equipment, and much more.
The event was proudly supported by key industry partners —
the UK Golf Federation (GolfBIC), Golf Business News, the Club Managers
Association of Europe (CMAE), and event sponsors inRange — giving strong
credibility and reach to this new platform for the sector.
A popular seminar programme, organised by Golf Business News
and hosted by BBC Golf’s Iain Carter, ran throughout the day, offering
educational and insightful sessions from leading industry professionals.

Alex Ayling, organiser of Golf Business Expo, said:
"We’re thrilled to see such a strong and positive turnout
for the launch of Golf Business Expo. Together with our partners — UK Golf
Federation, Golf Business News, and CMAE — our focus from the outset was to
provide a B2B platform that brings the golf industry together, giving both new
and established suppliers an ideal opportunity to present themselves to
decision-makers, all in one place. We are now looking forward to building on
the success of this year’s Expo and further enhancing the event for 2026.”
UK Golf Federation Partner for the Event – Doug Poole CEO
said:
"The UK golf industry needs a B2B show and GolfExpo &
GolfBIC provided the perfect way to excite the industry with a one-day event
packed with interesting and valuable business seminars by leading professionals
in the industry. The exhibitors made the show hall a huge success for the 400
plus attendees by covering all the products golf course operators and managers could
possibly need to run their businesses making it a worthwhile day away from work
and a great opportunity for networking”.
