Case Study: A Coffee Machine Installation with a Deadline and a Wedding

But by mid-week, we’d received a call from our contact at Tapton Park Golf Club (another valued Link Golf UK site & Majestic Coffee customer). They explained that London Airlinks Golf Club were preparing for their opening that Saturday and wondered if there was any possible way to bring the installation forward.
With such an important launch approaching, we knew how much a reliable coffee solution would mean for their opening weekend.
And as it happened, Co-Director Steve, along with his daughter Freya - our Sales & Marketing Administrator - were heading south for a family wedding.
After confirmation with the engineers that it was possible, they offered to divert their journey to complete the installation Saturday morning.
By Saturday afternoon the new coffee solution was fully operational for their launch with staff fully trained before 2pm.
Link Golf UK, London Airlinks Golf Club, and Majestic Coffee were all delighted with the result - and yes, Steve, Freya, and the entire family still made it to the wedding on time!
This project is a great example of what can be achieved through teamwork, flexibility, and genuine partnership.
