Welcome to Weymouth Golf Club, an 18 hole parkland course designed by James Braid and opened in 1909. The course captures the architect’s personal sentiments with subtle dog-legs both left and right. Awarded a regional Silver certificate by H.S.B.C. and presented by Golf Monthly as one of the friendliest private members clubs in the south.

The feature of Weymouth Golf Course, which is bound to strike the golfing visitor before any other is the magnificence of its situation. It is situated in the heart of Weymouth town.  Over 100 years old, Weymouth golf club continues to develop year upon year. Recent drainage work to the greens along with the installation of a new 8th tee make this gem of a golf course one of the most popular in Dorset. 

Weymouth Golf Club prides itself on it’s friendly atmosphere and welcomes visitors throughout the year for golf as well as excellent catering and bar facilities.

In addition to the magnificent James Braid designed championship golf course we also have outstanding practice facilities to help improve your golfing experience.

Practice makes perfect and Weymouth Golf Club has a fantastic Practice Range which members and guests are encouraged to use. Range tokens are available from the Professional Shop, visitors will be charged £2.00 per range token.
