Strathpeffer Spa Golf Club

18 Hole Par67 Course, Golf Shop

A WARM WELCOME AWAITS YOU AT OUR CLUB

The Strathpeffer Spa Golf Club is situated in the heart of the Highlands of Scotland and offers

a unique golf experience with breathtaking panoramic views over the Cromarty Firth and hills

around Ben Wyvis and far beyond.

Originally a 9 hole course laid out by twice Open Championship winner Willie Park (Jr.) it was

extended by the Grand Old Man of Golf – Tom Morris to its current 18 hole layout.

Described as a ‘hidden Gem in the Highlands’ by Peter Alliss, it is one of the most scenic

courses anywhere in Scotland. But don’t just take our word for it, why not come and see for

yourself, we promise you a warm welcome and a golf course that will entice you back again

and again.

The Course

By modern standards the course might seem shorter than the average and suggest an

easy round with plenty of birdie opportunities. But distance isn’t everything and

Willie Park (Jr.) and Old Tom Morris knew exactly how to create a course that still provides

a true test of golf even with the advantages of today’s modern equipment and technology.

With the first hole featuring one of the largest drops from tee to green anywhere in Scotland

and with 7 par 3’s, undulating fairways and some tricky sloping greens it has all the components

to provide an enjoyable test of your golfing skills. Coupled with a unique course are the stunning

views to be had at several of the holes which provide panoramic views across the surrounding

countryside.
