Welcome

We at Greenock Golf Club are delighted to invite visitors to come and play our beautiful heathland courses on the West coast of Scotland.

On arrival you will find 27 holes of challenging but fair golf. Comprising of unique 18 and 9 hole "James Braid” layouts.

Our 18 hole course is famed for its diversity of holes that require close attention as you plot your way around.

Our 9 hole course opened in 1927 and skirts through Gorse and trees within the layout of the 18 hole course, a pleasant challenge for avid golfers.

Both golf courses are located in a commanding position overlooking the town with spectacular views across the Firth of Clyde and the Argyllshire Hills beyond.

The club is now in its 129th year and our aim is to provide members and visitors with a relaxed atmosphere, high standards of service, value for money and a warm welcome.
