Chipping Sodbury Golf Club
A warm, friendly welcome awaits you at Chipping Sodbury Golf Club.
Chipping Sodbury Golf Club is situated 12 miles North East of Bristol (South West England), in an area of outstanding natural beauty at the foot of the Cotswold hills and adjacent to the historic, characterful 17th century market town of Chipping Sodbury. We are a friendly club that welcomes golf societies, organisations and individual golfers, where you will find our attention to detail, flexibility and excellent golf packages of particular interest. Our close proximity to the M4/M5 provides easy access to Chipping Sodbury Golf Club.
When time comes to relax, you can rest assured that our friendly and efficient staff will provide the best service in a comfortable clubhouse, where you can enjoy a quiet drink and maybe a bar snack - or take advantage of the superb menu on offer in our delightful restaurant.
This Fred Hawtree designed parkland course was opened in 1971. Subsequent maturing, development and care have given a superb course which presents a challenge to all levels of golfer. Water hazards are a feature on many holes and the greens, though large, play smaller than their size, as many of them are raised slightly from the surrounding terrain.
THE CLUB BOASTS A RANGE OF PRACTICE FACILITIES:
- Driving Range (both covered bays and outdoor mats), available throughout the year, including evenings. Drivers are not permitted. Indoor net in the covered range.
- Putting green, two chipping greens and practice bunker.
