At Easingwold Golf Club, members and visitors can enjoy a beautiful 18 hole, Par 72 SSS 72 golf course that is 6,699 yards long, lying in woodland and heath just south of the Georgian market town of Easingwold.
The original course opened in 1930 was designed by the renowned Hawtree dynasty of golf course architects. Easingwold has all the character one would expect from a course with so much history, offering a very pleasant experience and being one of the flattest of courses, is enjoyed by golfers of all abilities across the entire age spectrum.
With over 15,000 mature trees and water coming into play on several holes, Easingwold is an outstanding example of woodland and heath golf at its best, with wide, forgiving fairways which nonetheless punish the most wayward of drives.
A Club is not just about a course, it is also about people. Easingwold members are an enthusiastic and happy group with one common aim: to enjoy good quality social and competitive golf, played in a good spirit and convivial atmosphere.
The membership is drawn from all walks of life and this diversity adds greatly to the relaxed and cosmopolitan atmosphere in the clubhouse. Family groups and junior members are always welcomed and encouraged to join in the social and fun side of the club.
