18 Hole Par72 Course, Academy 9 Hole Par27 Course

Pedham Place Golf Centre provides the perfect site for inland links-style golf; at an elevation of 112 metres, situated upon free-draining chalk downland, it allows play all year round. Offering both an 18 hole Championship and a 9 hole Par 3 course, Pedham Place provides a particularly exciting game for golfers of all levels. Located on the A20, 400 metres east of Junction 3 of the M25. 

As a free draining chalk downland, at an elevation of 112 metres, Pedham Place provides the perfect site for an inland links- style golf course. Designed by golf course architect John Fortune, the championship course layout features an abundance of wildlife and excellent drainage makes the course playable all year round. 

Both courses, 18 holes and the Par 3 present different challenges to all players, whether they have a low or high handicap. Pedham Place also offers a 40 bay floodlit driving range containing 30 covered bays and 10 open bays. A superb putting green and practice bunker complete the practice facilities.

The Championship Course

Par 72 Course with five par 5s, eight par 4s and five par 3s. The undulating landscape gives varying lies to test all standards of golfers, with stunning views of the Darenth Valley and London.

The Academy Course

Par 27 course of 9 par 3s. A fantastic place to start to play the game or improve your short game. Similar in design to the Championship Course but of a length that all standards and ages can cope with. A second set of tees makes this into 18 holes if you wish
