The Point’s driving range is open to everyone, whether you are on holiday in the area, staying onsite, a member or even a total beginner. The driving range is a short walk, some 250m from the clubhouse, just below the first tee. Offering 4 covered bays plus a teaching room, outdoor grass tee and an astro surface, our range is an ideal place to hone your golfing skills without the pressures and challenges of the course.

Whether it’s some specific target practice, a warm up pre round, trialling a demo club from the pro-shop or just having a hit, the driving range is a relaxed setting to have a go at golf. It’s an ideal place for a beginner or even non golfers to experience golf in a fun environment.

The range is approximately 250m long, using Srixon 70% distance balls, allowing users to practice with every club in the bag from drivers to chipping, there are a range of target flags for distance control and measurement.

We also have a putting green situated next to the terrace outside the Bear Bar and chipping area (towards the 10th tee)with a range of targets to sharpen the short game.
