Welcome to Sedgley Golf Club. Since the current owners acquired the Club in 2013 they have set about making vast improvement, we are shattering the ageing perceptions of golf, and we’re bringing Sedgley Golf Club in to the modern era of the game. Golf needn’t be too difficult, too expensive or elitist, but simply a game for all. Here at Sedgley Golf Club, we offer unique atmosphere which many of our members describe as a family feel, home from home environment. In addition to the undulating and challenging 9-hole course, with two sets of tees and great views across Sedgley, our facility boasts a fully equipped golf development centre offering all kinds of golfers’ fantastic coaching opportunities to improve their game from range to green with one of our two fully qualified Professionals.

We regularly replenish with quality srixon range balls ensuring that you get the optimum performance for your practice sessions. Our Range also comes complete with top quality Mats.Take advantage of our fully carpeted, 16 bay, undercover, floodlit driving range  enabling you to continue your practice after dark & in all weathers. We also have 5 outside bays for theses of you who like to be outdoors.

Junior Academy

We at the Mark Butler Golf Academy take pride in having a flourishing Junior Golf Academy. Producing top quality juniors such as West Midlands team Finalists and regional junior champions. The secret to our success with the juniors is making our sessions fun, constantly striving for them to better themselves and to build their confidence as a player and as a person!

We put on so much for our juniors with 7 weekly lessons, weekly junior club competitions for juniors looking to represent the club and lower their handicaps and a monthly Junior FCL League designed for juniors of any age and ability to gain experience in competing and being on the course in a relaxed and fun environment.

Our ambition is to keep growing the game getting juniors active and enjoying the sport to potentially becoming the next superstar!

Animal Adventure 18 Hole Mini Golf

The Mark Butler Golf Academy is extremely excited to announce the opening of their brand new 18 Hole  Animal Adventure Golf course! Now completed, the course boasts 18 of the most outrageous, bizarre and craziest holes you can think of! We have chickens, rabbits, lambs, a horse, goat and ducks and fish. You can pet and feed the animals as you go round. Ideal for kids parties as well.

Soccer golf

Soccergolf is just like golf except you use your feet. Kick the ball towards the hole, that counts as one shot. Keep kicking the ball towards the hole and count how many times you have to kick the ball until the ball goes in the hole. That is your score for that hole. Simple.
