Pytchley Lodge Golf Club

9 Hole Golf Course, 24 Bay Floodlit Driving Range, Putting Greens, Chipping Area & Golf Shop

The Pytchley Golf Lodge opened this superb academy 9 hole golf course in 2000, and has now established itself as one of the finest pay and play courses in Northamptonshire. Designed by Roger Griffiths Associates of Rugby, the course will offer a challenge to both the experienced and novice golfers alike.

The course is a par 34 (for nine holes) and consists of one par 5, five par 4’s and three par 3’s, with a total distance of 2,574 yards.

The 24 bay floodlit Driving Range will enable golfers to practice their technique using superior balls and quality mats.

A rolling programme ensures that the practice balls are constantly monitored and replaced. All mats are housed in a strong rubber frame to protect and minimise impact to both the golfer and equipment.

The landing area is beautifully maintained - it has measured yardages and a variety of 'greens' to help with practice.

To further maximise the driving range experience, we recently upgraded to SRIXON Range Balls. With the same technology and innovation that their put in their regular golf ball line up, the difference in ball flight has massively improved the quality of practice.

Our outdoor dedicated practice area is the ideal spot to perfect your short game. With two separate greens for putting or chipping, there is always a chance to practice. Our putting green was developed alongside the garden room and has since settled in, but with two tiers it is bound to test even the steeliest of putters! Situated just by the Garden Room terrace, it is welcoming to all and perfect for parents with young golfers wanting to perfect their talent!

Further down you will find our chipping area - with its own dedicated green, golfers can practice short bump and runs to a full flop shot with plenty of space in case they aren't quite hitting the sweet spot!
