Ballards Gore Golf Club

18 Hole Par 73 Course, 12 Acre Practice Area

Ballards Gore Golf Club was built in 1979-1980 and has matured very well over the intervening years. There are many mature trees on the course and many of the holes have water hazard features.

As well as some long par 5's at Ballards Gore Golf Club there are also some tricky, short par 4's all with excellent putting surfaces.

Situated in 112 acres of mature rolling countryside the 18 hole, 6769 yard, par 73 championship length course makes excellent use of the surrounding landscape and its numerous natural features and beautiful man-made hazards.

The course, which opened in 1980, was designed to challenge all standards of golfer. Tricky par 3’s, lengthy par 4’s and the excellent use of 5 lakes ensures that a broad repertoire of shots is needed to master the course. With excellent, free draining greens, and very little rough, the clubs aim is to give everyone who plays the course an enjoyable experience.

Ballards Gore Golf Club also offers excellent practice facilities, whether you are an experienced golfer honing your skills, or are new to the game. A 12-acre practice area and 100-yard practice hole allows golfers ample opportunity to practice every aspect of the game.
