Burnfield House Golf Club opened in the spring of 1995 in an area of natural beauty and convenient local. A warm hand of welcome awaits all visitors to Burnfield House Golf Club and because of its excellent facilities it is a great place to hold a corporate day, impress friends and enjoy a game of golf.
The undulating parkland course works its way through acres of abundant green countryside and overlooks Belfast Lough and Holywood Hills.Perfectly situated with close proximity to both major ports and airports Burnfield House Golf Club is ideally situated for golfing breaks to Northern Ireland. Northern Irelands premier Golf Course Architect Frank Ainsworth designed the long sweeping fairways, water features and well-conditioned greens.The well-drained parkland layout means that the course is playable all year round.
The course is relatively short at 5,490 yards with a Par 70 and a standard scratch of 68, but due to 6 searching Par 4's, two Par 3's a Par 5 and challenging tee positions for the back nine, slopping, fast and demanding greens scoring is not as simple as it's length makes it appear.
