Bromborough Golf Club

18 Hole Par72 Course, Driving Range, Putting & Chipping Area, Pro Shop, Buggies

For over 100 years golfers have been tackling the distinctive 18 holes at Bromborough Golf Club that play between 6300 and 6600 yards depending on the tees used.

The quality of the course can be evidenced by its selection to host the English Amateur Matchplay Championship in 2005, English Men’s Seniors Championship 2003, Cheshire Matchplay 2010, Cheshire Strokeplay Championship 2017 and Cheshire Seniors Championship in 2018.

The course is notable for its many species of trees, copses and ponds that all add to the visual appeal. USGA standard greens and the year round equable climate provide good playing conditions 12 months of the year with temporary greens very rarely in use.

The holes at Bromborough Golf Club have been carefully fashioned utilising the natural contours of the land that are gently undulating rather than excessively hilly, with the holes around the turn providing a particularly good test of golf
